Raw Materials and Product Quality Test

Products of Platinum Pro Plastic Co., Ltd. manages raw material under high quality system. We only recieve raw material that is certified by COA.

Moreover our polymer engineers generally test quality of raw material by using melt flow index and tensile testing machines which refers to ASTM D 1238 and ASTM D638 standard 

Compression load test at pallet corner.

Testing compression resistant capability of corner legs at 1.1 times of pallet specification by examining the abnormalities after test procedure.

Bending test under racking condition.

Testing bending capability of pallet at 1.25 times of it’s specification by examining amount of deflection , deflection rate and remaining deflection amount after test procedure.

Under Deck Surface Test.

Testing under deck surface load capability at 1.15 times of pallet specification by examining amount of deflection rate.

Drop Test.

Drop pallet at the same corner three times then observe damage at impact point and measure abnormalities.

  • 6-Axis robot for moving the plastic products from injection machine.

  • Production controlled by engineer team with over 35 years experince.
  • The Plastic Grinding Machines are used for crushing the plastic waste material. We can recycle plastic waste 1,200 tons per month.

We want to raise awareness and conservation behavior to our employees in order to build up a good working environment and avoid any risk of accident in our factories in accordance to legal requirement and comply to OHSAS 18001 and ISO14001.

We do environment preservation and energy usage reduction under the Energy Conservation Project in order to maintain the balance of nature and environment.
